One day I was told that I was lucky enough to participate in a leadership development programme, which included individual coaching sessions.  I realised that the programme was a great opportunity for me but didn’t know what it would mean to have a coach.  Obviously I had, and still have, development areas so I felt a mixture of delight at joining the programme and some uncertainty about the coaching.

Jane was my coach throughout this leadership development process and with her support and guidance I got to know myself better as well as discovering the leader I wanted to be whilst being true to myself and my personal values.  I discovered my Purpose, which supports my internal motivation and which would help me confront the challenges of the coming years.  It was this Purpose that gave me the energy and confidence to know what drove me to develop my team, lead projects and, of course, to become a better person.  Over many years it helped and guided me in moments both of crisis and joy so that I always knew how to act and what decisions to make.

Jane, with her knowledge and experience, has supported and guided me in my search for new objectives and new challenges.   It was a process of re-discovery for me as a person and as a professional that would enable me to live with a newly defined Purpose and so enjoy this new situation with the same joy and energy as I had always done.
